2. Age restrictions
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.
3. Order summary
When you place an order with Dots.Recycling ApS, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation. This email is only a confirmation of receipt and cannot be treated as legally binding. At this point, Dots.Recycling Aps still reserves the right to cancel the order if there is an error in pricing or availability. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you right away to cancel.
4. Prices and payments
If you are shopping within the EU, all prices are displayed, including 25% VAT. Product prices do not include shipping charges.
Outside of EU – VAT exempt purchases
If you are shopping outside of the EU or UK, prices are displayed and charged without VAT. Product prices do not include shipping charges.
Purchases outside of the EU may be subject to import fees and taxes. Dots.Recycling ApS accepts no responsibility for these charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering for location-specific information.
Dots.Recycling ApS currently accepts Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and Paypal. Your purchase total is only charged when your order has been processed and shipped. Prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR), or US Dollar (USD), depending on your location.
If your payment is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may request personal information to legitimize your payment. Any information provided by you for verification will be used for this purpose only and deleted immediately. If we do not receive the requested documentation within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Shipping of orders may take up to 7 business days, but we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours during normal business days.
Please note that delivery times are merely an estimate and are provided as a guideline. They are valid from the date of dispatch from our warehouse.
The estimated delivery times do not consider any possible delays caused by payment authorization or stock availability.
6. Returns and refunds
If you would like to return, or exchange any of the purchased items, we offer a 60-day return & exchange policy, valid from the day you receive your order. Please copy and send us the following information on e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org):

- Looks different to image on site,
- Poor quality / Damaged,
- Doesn’t fit properly,
- Doesn’t suit me,
- Incorrect item received,
Returns have a processing time of 1-3 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during new releases, Christmas, and sale periods.
All items returned must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and must have original packaging.
Customers outside of the EU
If dots.recycling is subject to customs, duties, taxes, or fees due to your returned products, we reserve the right to withdraw these specific amounts from your total refund amount.
Once we receive your return and the above conditions have been met, your return will be processed. You will receive an email, with further information regarding your refund, which is always send to your original payment method. Your refund will be issued for the total purchase price, excluding shipping.
When exchanging an item, we will pay to ship the new item to you, but you are responsible for the costs and logistics of shipping the original item back to us.

Shipping costs & notes
All shipping costs and arrangements, are the customer's responsibility.
* Please note that we do not pick up returns that are delivered to access or pick-up points.
All products bought from Dots.Recycling ApS have a 2-year manufacturing warranty. Please send an email to customer service at email@example.com with "Claims" as the subject. Please include your order number, description of the defect, and pictures showing the product and the defect.
If you should receive damaged goods following the delivery of the product/products, please inform our Customer Service immediately (within 14 days) to ensure that we can process your claim on time.
We will contact you after we have processed the claim, which can go up to 14 days.
8. ResaleOur merchandise is for retail customers only. Under no circumstances can the site be used to purchase products for resale or export. If we suspect that you intend to resell our merchandise, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice.
