Dots.Recycling is operating under normal circumstances.

To check the status of your order, please keep up to date with your designated courier service. Should you have any inquiries about the delivery of your order(s), you can always check the track & trace number send to you by email.

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, and usually process and ship orders submitted before 11:00 CEST on the same day.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to Custom & VAT fees when the shipment reaches its destination. Please consult your local customs authorities with any inquiries.

• Delivery times are an estimate and should only be used as a guide.
• Selected products do not qualify for free shipping. In this case, it will be stated in the items' product description.
• We cannot deliver to FPO Box addresses at this moment.
